SHIPPING POLICY
All plants are sent Royal Mail First Class.
Plants will not be dispatched on a Saturday or before a Bank Holiday to minimise the plant's time spent in transit - I want your plants to arrive quickly and as happy as when they left Sap Plants HQ!
Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

All Products are packed using recyclable materials. On the occasion that a fragile item requires the use of bubble wrap, please reuse where possible.
​
Order confirmations are emailed and a physical copy will not be included in your order to reduce waste.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you don't love your new plant baby, returns are accepted within 14 days. Please note that live plants must be returned in the healthy condition that they arrived in, please get in touch for care advice to ensure that the plant is happy before being returned to us.

Sap Plants orders are sent with plant care advice and tips, specific to your order. Please get in touch if you require any additional care tips - I'm here to help!

Sap Plants products are packaged with the utmost care and attention, however, if your product arrives and is damaged, please email details and photos to organise an exchange.
